Return Policy
At Lia’s Flowers, every arrangement is designed by hand and made to order using fresh flowers. Because of the perishable and custom nature of floral products, all sales are final.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.
Fresh Flower Guarantee
If your flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:
• Your order number
• A photo of the arrangement as received
Once reviewed, we will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Floral arrangements and plants
• Custom or personalized designs
• Holiday and event orders, including Valentine’s Day
• Items damaged due to improper care after delivery
Flowers are living products, and natural variation in color, size, and bloom stage is normal.
Delivery Issues
If there is a problem related to delivery timing or location, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for deliveries where:
• Incorrect address information was provided
• The recipient was unavailable and no safe drop-off was possible
• Weather or external conditions affected delivery after drop-off
Cancellations and Changes
Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the design process begins.
During peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to scheduling constraints for preparation and flower sourcing.
